if you are seeing no:s other than zero in the columns RX-ERR , RX-DRP , RX-OVR , TX-ERR , TX-DRP , TX-OVR there will be issues with nw interface such as
i) buffers aren’t big enough
ii) flaw in cable
iii) processor is pre-occupied

how to use netstat command to identify problems with network interface ?
if you are seeing no:s other than zero in the columns RX-ERR , RX-DRP , RX-OVR , TX-ERR , TX-DRP , TX-OVR there will be issues with nw interface such as
