how to install microsoft fonts in ubuntu

  method 1 :-

              sudo apt-get install ubuntu-restricted-extras


  method 2:-  

 If you have Windows, you may copy your ttf fonts in
  C:\Windows\Fonts to /usr/share/fonts/truetype/ folder.

    Then run the command sudo fc-cache -f -v
